This notice applies to VaccineGuide.ca, an Anante Health educational resource. Other Anante websites and linked services have their own notices. For privacy questions, email admin@anantehealth.ca.
Your guide selections
The guide runs on this page in your browser. It does not ask for names, birth dates, health card numbers or immunization records. Selections are not sent in a form, network request, web address, email link or analytics event. They are not saved in cookies, local storage, a database or an account.
Start over clears the selections and result. Browsers can sometimes retain or restore page contents; use Start over and close the window when finished on a shared device. Printing is your choice and uses your browser’s print function. Keep printouts private.
Ordinary browsing and hosting
Netlify hosts this website. Delivering and protecting it can involve technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, times, browser details and security logs. Hosting and email providers may process information outside Canada. A .ca address does not guarantee Canadian data storage.
The website code uses local assets and system fonts. It does not include analytics, advertisements, tracking pixels, session replay, chat widgets, embedded content or automatic form handling. It sets no cookies or stored preferences. Hosting-level features and technical retention depend on the service configuration and provider policies.
If you email us
Email supplies your address, message and anything you attach to the recipient and the email services involved. The purpose is to address your inquiry or a site issue. Send only what is needed; ordinary email is not a clinical communication channel. Do not send health records, health card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information.
Questions and requests
Contact the operator to ask about access, correction or deletion of information supplied by email, or to raise a privacy concern. Applicable requirements and any information that must be retained depend on the circumstances. We do not promise immediate deletion of provider logs or absolute internet security.
Changes to this notice
This notice should be updated when site functions or data practices change. It describes the site’s behavior; it is not a certification of compliance with PHIPA, PIPEDA or other laws.
